Order Changes & Cancellations

Change requests

Contact us as soon as possible if an address, item or quantity needs correction. We can only make a change before fulfillment begins and cannot guarantee that a request received after ordering can be completed.

Cancellations

A cancellation request should be sent within 12 hours of purchase. If fulfillment or carrier handoff has already started, the order may no longer be cancellable and the Returns & Refunds Policy will apply after delivery.

Incorrect customer information

Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping address and contact details at checkout. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law.

Store cancellations

We may cancel and refund an order if an item cannot be supplied, payment cannot be verified, the order appears fraudulent, or fulfillment would violate law or a published restriction.
