Currency and charges

Store prices and shipping thresholds are presented in USD unless the storefront clearly displays another localized currency. The total shown at checkout includes the selected items, applicable shipping and any taxes collected by the platform.

Available payment methods

Only payment methods actually shown in Shopify Checkout are available. We do not create substitute payment buttons or request payment by email. Payment authorization and settlement are handled by Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout.

Security

Checkout traffic is encrypted using standard transport security. Novalqen does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Banks and payment providers may apply authorization, fraud-prevention or identity checks.

Payment issues

A declined or pending payment does not necessarily indicate a product problem. Customers should verify billing information or contact the relevant payment provider. We can confirm whether an order was created, but we cannot override a bank decision.
